Role Summary:  - This position is responsible for completely owning and driving the Talent Engagement and Service Delivery function at all levels, both in India and United States, actively managing and overseeing deliverables including but not limited to:  - Defining the strategic people agenda in line with business priorities and strategy by partnering with the leaders of the business and support functions  - Facilitating the creation and embedding of the organization culture that lays the greatest emphasis on meritocracy  - Driving innovation and technology as part of the service delivery processes to de-risk and manage scale  - Applying market intelligence and industry best practices to the Talent Engagement and Service delivery processes to engage and retain talent  - Analyze and draw inferences from available data to conceptualize and execute high impact people interventions through the lens of organization development principles  - Ensure timely adherence to all SLAs regarding the people processes (Performance Management/Payroll run/Talent Identification and Management etc.)  Academic & Professional Background  - MBA(HR) from a good institute is preferred, though not mandatory  - Minimum 10 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a HR leadership role  - Preferably from BPO/IT sector focused on US clients  - Must be proficient in designing total rewards, performance and talent management processes  - Must have exposure to design and implementation of HR systems and technologies  - Proficient in MS office  Key Capabilities:  - High results/outcome orientation  - Excellent consultative and collaborative orientation to embed the HR partnership model with the business and support stakeholders  - Excellent communication skills (ability to articulate and present with confidence)  - Excellent leadership skills (thought leadership/Influencing/enabling high performance/execution excellence / coach approach)  - Unflinching integrity and personal work ethics  - Networking capabilities
