Associate Director- Government Consulting  Client in Big 4 space is hiring for govt. advisory across segments- health and sanitation, Rural, Infrastructure, Social, Water, Swach Bharat Mission etc.  1. Total Experience: 8-12 years  2. Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute. Preferably B.Tech/ B.E.  3. Experience: will be responsible for working in a technical and analytical capacity to deliver large scale government reforms programs for various state and central government clients. Lead certain practice development initiatives such as, thought leadership, preparation of proposals, solution preparation and commercial bids. Participate in preparation of points of view / intellectual property for the IGH practice across different government domains/departments and Ministries, as well as infrastructure /healthcare/Urban/Social.  Role Responsibilities in General-  Minimum Qualifications  i) Degree in Engineering or Management tier 1  Minimum Experience  i) Should have minimum 8 years- experience, preferably having performed project management role  ii) Good understanding of urban sector in India, with focus on Smart Cities, Swachh Bharat Mission, Housing, etc. with track record of building new programs and delivering superior quality results  Roles & Responsibilities  i) Will be responsible for facilitating mission governance between various stakeholders at national and state levels.  ii) Closely monitor the performance of all aspects of the program in close collaboration with Program lead in his/her respective cluster  iii) Support states in developing program strategy and monitoring the implementation at cluster level (geography)  iv) Supporting State within the cluster in the Capacity building of state/City officials.
