We have requirement for our client:

Position: Associate Director (Financial Services - Insurance/Banking)

Location: Gurgaon or Mumbai

Job Description:

Overall Responsibility:

- Responsible for maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction on all client work.

- Responsible for developing existing engagement opportunities and developing new clients

- He should lead, develop and guide the financial services team.

Ability to Travel:

- Flexibility to travel at short notice

Educational & Professional Credentials:

- Professional qualification

- 9+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry

- Certification such as FRM/PRM preferred

- Experience in Big 4/ similar consulting organization or industry

Required Knowledge & Skills:

- Indepth understanding of the Banking/Financial service industry

- Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services domain

- Proven Business Development skills

- Ability to work on multiple projects

- Excellent project management skills

- Excellent client relationship skills

- Proven Business Development skills

- Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently

Required Technical Knowledge & Skills:

- Good knowledge of banking processes and financial industry

- Good knowledge of RBI guidelines

- Good understanding of financial regulations, Basel II/III guidelines and solvency norms

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications
