Associate Director - Financial Planning & Analysis

The client is looking for a Strong Finance professional & the incumbent will be responsible for Pricing; Strategic Planning; Product profitability; Reporting andvarious critical Finance Function deliverables.

The person should have experience in either of Retail Lending (NBFC) / Housing Finance Company / Retail Banking

Reporting to CFO

Key Responsibilities;

- Reporting to Board of Directors & Promoters

- Lead in the preparation of strategic financial plans (five year and annual plans) for the business.

- Lead the preparation and submission of rolling forecasts, updated monthly

- Provide insightful analyses on product, segment and customer profitability

- Administer and run the product pricing models with relevant inputs from the Risk team

- Work with the Product, Markets & Strategy team to develop thorough business models to assess potential new products and markets

- Liaise and work closely with the overseas technical partner on implementation of industry best practice in the financial models and pricing

- Completion of other ad hoc reporting and information requests from the business locally and internationally

- Oversight over controllership and accounting process

- Liaison with Statutory & Internal Auditors

- Oversight over RBI & Tax Compliance

- Ensure adherence to Internal Control policies and procedures.

- Coordination with peers (local and international) to refine the accounting structure to ensure accuracy and completeness of all reporting requirements of the business

- Provide support to CFO in the preparation of presentations, speeches and proposals as required.

Domain/Technical Knowledge:

- Knowledge of US GAAP and India GAAP accounting

- Complete in-depth understanding of operational accounting

- Strong controllership and technical skills

Other Specifications:

- Educational Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA) Preferable

- Additional qualification of ICWA/CFA

Years of Experience;

- 10+ years of Functional business experience

- Specific experience in Mortgage industry/BFSI preferred.

- Working with due diligence,acquisitions and operational start-upswould be a preference as well
