Associate Director - Finance & Accounts - BPO

- Looking for Qualified CA/ MBA Finance(From premier institutes only) with demonstrated progression in handling Finance & Accounting operations and working knowledge of GAAP, with experience in handling large teams(atleast 35-40+)

- Meet defined business objectives and goals

- Strategize and execute operations to ensure that the business expectations & SLA's are constantly met/exceeded

- Undertake complex tasks and participate in complex cross-function activities.

- Deploy a continuous improvement framework and constantly look for ways & means of driving efficiencies & enhanced controllership.

- Build in-house process, product, domain expertise

- Create centers of Excellence to build expertise, standardize processes, share best practices across business segments.

- Work with the Practice & Transitions team in ensuring seamless transitions.

- Partner with the Practice & Relationship Management team in identification of new growth opportunities
