Role: Associate Director/ Director/ Sr. Director

Location: Bangalore/Chennai/ Pune/ Kolkatta/Mumbai/Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The role is critical within the Global Delivery Organization (GDO) in transforming global delivery of data warehouse projects.

- You will work towards increased readiness for successfully executing large transformational programs.

- You will be in the forefront of thought leadership and innovation in new age delivery methods like Scalable Agile, Lean and Scrum.

- You will be responsible to build proactive delivery risk management capabilities and ensure consistency, predictability and repeatability via a continuously evolving process, delivery compliance standards, methods, reviews and audits.

- An ideal candidate must have experience in large transformational program management

- He should be a subject matter authority in project execution models, governance and risk management.

- The candidate should have experience in process delivery compliance - delivery assessment, estimation methodology, project planning, and delivery excellence evangelization.

- The candidate should be a thought leader in risk analytics, tools and methods.

Qualifications:

- Full time education - BSc/ MSc/ BE/Btech/ Mtech/ MS/ MBA

- At least 20 years of IT experience and at least 8 years of experience handling large transformational projects

- Certifications: PRINCE2, ITIL, PMP
