Leading Legal Process Outsourcing company is looking for an Associate Director for its Compliance service line. The candidate will be responsible for providing an effective compliance risk management framework and specialized regulatory compliance support for our key clients globally.   Position Details:  - Be part of company's strategic growth & global delivery team for compliance Services  - Designing new solution offering and engage in client management  - Executing engagements in the domain of AML Compliance/FCPA/FATCA/ other emerging regulations globally  - Understand client's requirements for regulatory and statutory compliance  - Ensures effective planning, organizing, prioritizing and delegating assignments to direct reports and team members.   - Develops, motivates, empowers, and evaluates team to expand professional, management, leadership, and technical skills. Responsible for ensuring continued success of the team members within their functional work area.  - Develops and executes strategic plans in collaboration with the appropriate stakeholders. Ability to build and establish solid working relationships by providing timely, accurate and high quality information to peers, subordinates, upper management and/or clients  - Demonstrates appropriate functional knowledge and skills relevant to operational area  - Identifies training opportunities; designs/coordinates the development of training  - Provides subject matter expertise in the areas of Anti Money Laundering, Anti-Corruption and financial fraud investigations  - Assess AML & Anti-Corruption Compliance Programs and implement solutions  - Participate in business development initiatives that include targeting external clients, attending industry conferences and speaking engagements  - Lead and supervise teams in large and small engagements  - Manage client communications and ability to understand the importance of privileged and confidential information  - Be part of the global sales and business development team   Key Position Requirements:  Education: University degree in a related discipline such as Business, Finance, Accounting, or Law  - A minimum of 6 years experience in litigation/ disputes/ compliance services in a consulting firm or financial services institution  - Strong understanding of the global regulatory department  - Strong project management skills in monitoring billing of hours, training & development and providing supervision  - CFE or CAMS certification preferred  - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timely deadlines  - Awareness of industry and country trends, concerns, regulations, and arising situations making sure that pertinent information is communicated and escalated  - Experience with creating and testing written policy and procedures related to compliance activities.   - Strong analytical and written reporting skills required  - Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize several projects at a time  - Thorough knowledge of banking laws and regulations and understanding of the financial services regulatory and compliance environment.  - Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must to build and sustain a strong client relationship  - Prior relevant sales/business development experience
