Job Description:
Design and lead the Compensation and Benefits policies and practices.
Monitor and design salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining the right talent.
Research and analyze salary trends and benefits offered by other employers in the comparator basket.
Undertake Job Evaluations to ensure the market parity of the roles and compensation
Undertake salary planning, annual variable pay planning and various incentive scheme development.
Design, develop and implement new benefit packages - ensure competitiveness and relevance of salary structures in line with legal and statutory requirements.
Candidate profile
Atleast 9 years of post MBA experience into Compensation and Benefits.
Full time MBA HR from reputed institute
Should have exposure for designing the C&B for 10,000+ employees
