It includes assisting in P&L management, business decision, Commercial Finance, MIS preparation   Key Responsibilities:  - Drive the Business Partnering agenda in the allocated Business  - Drive the Business Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, through validation of business assumptions and evaluation of investment options, risk assessment and identification of mitigation techniques  - Enable business decision making through fact based analysis and risk management framework  - Single point interface between the businesses and finance function  - Support BU head in achievement of annual business targets through timely and accurate business analytics, identification of concern areas and execution support  - Enable the Businesses in meeting their financial targets on the business– both on the top line and bottom line  - Drive efficiency in business execution through periodic business assessment  - Provide specific analysis where necessary to help business improve efficiency and effectiveness, e.g. NPV analysis, Project/Policy feasibility study, sensitivity analysis, scenario development, etc  - Review with business periodically on the business performance and develop   - Execute projects identified, that would yield short term / long term solutions for business  - Custodian of the processes and systems implemented in the business group
