Associate - Accounting & MIS - CA + CS - PE Fund

One of our clients a PE fund is looking for a person in F&A team. This person will lead the complete Financial planning, variance analysis, MIS, reporting, accounting of the fund & its portfolios. Role will support CFO in all F&A activities especially FP&A & MIS & fund accounting.

Desired candidate profile :

- CA+CS with 2 years post qualification exp. (CS is preference)

- Must have worked with or interned with Big5 firms

- Must have worked in txn advisory, due diligence, term sheets, shareholder agreements or accounting teams for PE/VC clients

- Must have some financial modeling skills

- Must have exposure to accounting of PE/VCs
