A Leading Indian Private Wealth Management firm is seeking suitable candidates for the role of 'Associate Account Director - Private Wealth' at its New Delhi Office  Responsibilities And Deliverables :  - Apart from bringing client relationships & AUM should also source new HNI / UHNI / Family Office / Trust / CXO clients through individual efforts.  - Apart from having good Product Knowledge should also possess Macro-economic developments which will enable them to suggest appropriate strategy for their clients.  - Monitor actual business performance vs. the goals continually and take appropriate actions to ensure achievement of the goals and objectives as set out in the business plan without compromising on client centricity and always remaining within the limits set by the budgets and compliance norms for rules, regulations and internal processes  Desired Candidate Profile :  - CA or MBA (Finance)  - Minimum 3 to 7 years of Experience in Private Banking / Private Wealth / Wealth Management in either a Bank or Private Wealth firm  - Strong Relationships with HNI / UNHI clients / Affluent Families / Trusts / CXOs  - Ability to structure deals as per the clients needs/requirements  - Excellent Communication, Relationship building and Networking skills
