Assistant Vice President - Training - Captive

Looking for an AVP- Training for a an MNC captive.

Leading the Global Business Training (BT) Team, the AVP- Training is responsible for:

- Working with stakeholders to develop and execute a Target Operating Model Training strategy for the CDS

- Function across offshore and onshore locations

- Provide best practice tactical business process learning solutions to meet staff capability needs identified in supporting the CDS strategy.

- Championing the importance of staff development in building business process capability to meet client expectations for error-free service delivery.

- Set a high standard of continuous staff motivation and leadership to ensure a good work environment.

- Candidates with hands on experience in developing training modules may apply.
