Position Title : Assistant Vice President

Department : Human Resources

Position Holder : Head - Talent Management, OD & Engagement

Reports to : CHRO

Main Responsibility :

Talent Management & OD role :

- The candidate would head the Talent & OD function for the entire company and be the Centre of Excellence for the department. He/she would report to the CHRO and would be responsible for designing & rolling out the frameworks for identifying, developing & retaining talent within the organization and undertaking OD initiatives specific to multiple sets of employees.

S/he will need to create learning strategy, manage cost effective- business driven training and learning operations nationally, create training calendar and budget, deliver bespoke training programs, conduct Assessment Centres for various level to assist the recruitment process, conduct Development Centres at various levels to spot and develop high potentials, build a Coaching Culture amongst line managers, design & organize developmental workshops across all management levels.

- S/he will need to contribute to identifying talent and creating a complete developmental strategy by implementing various tools like 9 Grid & Psychometric Assessment, work on developing and Competency mapping projects for building sales force effectiveness, creating Leadership Competency Frameworks, culture cascade, multi-rater feedback surveys & organizational restructuring.

- In this role, the candidate would need to liaison with all department heads and senior leaders across the organization to plan & execute developmental interventions for the entire organization. He/She would also need to interact with all employees to ascertain potential situations that may need OD interventions.

Engagement Role :

- The candidate would spearhead the Engagement functions of the entire company and be the Centre of Excellence for the department. He/She would work under the CHRO to design and drive engagement strategy for employees in association with the regional HR Teams.

- Some of the activities would be (but not limited to) creating an employee engagement calendar for the year and rolling it out month wise; leading the rewards and recognition programs; digitization of some HR processes; collaborate with corporate communication and marketing team to manage the company's intranet; drive employee engagement survey and organization-wide plan of action. The role holder would also need to work closely with the Regional Office at Hong Kong to cascade the global engagement action plans. Qualification and Experience Requirement :

Education : MBA with specialization in HR from Tier 1 institute

Experience : 5 - 8 years of experience

Skills :

People orientation, insightfulness, drive for results, excellent stakeholder management,proactiveness, time management, hardworking attitude, comfort with MS Excel & Powerpoint, teamwork, creative thinking, multitasking, ability to handle pressure and ambiguity, conscientiousness
