Assistant Vice President - Recruitment - Volume Hiring - Consulting Firm

Looking for an AVP - Recruitment (Volume Hiring) for a Consulting Client to be based out of Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

1. Will act as the Location Head for the center

2. Will be responsible for handling the entire recruitment life cycle within the organisation

3. Manpower Planning & Budgeting

4. Stakeholder management : Act as a Consultant to the various stakeholders within the organisation and provide them with recruitment solutions

5. Manager a team of 5 - 6 people across various businesses
