Assistant Vice President/Principal Consultant - Quality - BPO/KPO

We have an urgent opening with one of the largest BPO/ KPO based in Chennai.

- Strong Lean hands on experience

- Should have conducted Value Stream Mapping workshops and Kaizen events

- Driven Kaizen culture in the organization

- Experience in Visual Management

- Should have worked as a LEAN Master

- Work as Lean Master for defined scope

- Manage a team of Lean Champions across the globe

- Responsible for achieving Lean Maturity across Infosys locations serving the client globally

- Formulation of Lean Deployment strategy

- Work closely with client Lean Masters for deployment

- Provide Lean consulting, coaching and mentoring to stakeholders in defined scope

- Understand As Is business processes, analyses/captures the client requirements and pain areas by conducting workshops, perform high level fit gap analysis and process changes, carry out benchmarking studies and assists the team.

- Recommended solution alternatives to the customer, Reviews the solution options developed by the team and suggests improvements for complex areas, takes the lead in defining the solution options.

- Conduct lean training for the defined scope.
