We are looking for candidates for one of our renowned IB client.

The skill sets :

Fine to look at manager to AVP or AVP to AVP

10-15 yrs of exp

HR services (8 yrs)

People management - 5 yrs (20 members max)

Appraisal cycle 3-4 yrs

Reporting to a VP

Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts from Early morning - 4:00 AM - 11:00 PM-

Global queries handling - Global on-boarding(mandatory), employee lifecycle

Very good communication
