Skills Required :  Should be a full time MBA from a reputed B school.  Carrying min. 11 years of experience in HR domain. Should have handled a Business Partner HR role in an IT/ ITES set up.  Must have ability to handle global stakeholders.  Role & Responsibilities :  - Building & implementing HR Processes and Policies across the center.  - Provide comprehensive, end to end HR support including staffing, talent management and retention, organization design & succession planning, compensation, employee relations and more.  - Support Department Heads to run organizational HR processes like change management, values & cultural change, diversity & inclusion, engagement, performance appraisals, salary revisions, etc.  - Conduct workforce/manpower analysis and provide management information Collaborate with line managers to manage staff performance related issues and their career development/aspirations, providing a consultancy service to assist their career development
