Focus on robust implementation of HR initiatives & programs
Engage & retain talent for the business, help the biz. leaders in identifying the key / critical talent
Interface with Business Managers for implementation of various HR initiatives
Provide employees feedback and help in action planning & implementation
Set, initiate and monitor effective communication process
Succession planning & Creating the leadership pipeline especially for identified pivotal roles
- Performance Management - design & Implementation
- Employee Engagement - Create an environment which drives high energy engagement
- Organisation design
- Work with the leadership team on key HR initiatives
Person profile :
A MBA from a premier school with 10+ years experience is ideal
Must Have :
Analytical Skills preparing dashboard on Tableau / SAS/ SPSS
