Assistant Vice President - HR Business Partner - BFSI

Urgent senior level assignment for AVP HR based at Hyderabad for one of our client into financial service domain.

JD:

- Post Graduate from Tier1/Tier 2 with min of 8 years of work experience.

- A stint in HR consulting and or an MBA in HR domain will be an added advantage.

- To provide end to end HR support.

- Monitor HR governance for the business across delivery centers and horizontals and make timely intervention to achieve improvements in business and people metrics.

- Ensure implementation of HR systems and processes (e.g. engagement practices, performance management, session C) so as to achieve employee motivation, productivity and retention.

- Creating strategy and plan for driving HR communication. 

- Supporting Business leaders in all crucial HR decisions and drive HR Practices
