Ensure all cases are investigated and reported per policy guidelines  - Responsible for development and implementation of detailed group specific induction process, guidelines for new employees joining the business unit with individual involvement for induction of employees at Senior Management Levels  - To act as an interface between the Corporate HR teams, Top Management & Operations Teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of processes, policies and initiatives.  - Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from employees on the floor and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on historic trends  - Ownership of internal communication for respective business unit across stakeholder groups  - Ensure no non-compliances for respective business unit related to periodic audits for BIA, ISO and SOX compliance.   - Ownership for accuracy and timeliness of daily, weekly and monthly MIS for respective stakeholders  - Responsible for publishing Your view results to relevant stakeholders.
