He/She must ensure that the operational risks are identified, monitored ad managed effectively.   He/she   Desired skillset:  Looking for candidates from a commerce/ finance background with minimum 7 to 8 years relevant experience in corporate lending services.  Should have good knowledge on credit products.  Should have excellent knowledge in corporate credit operation which includes pre and post approvals process and also financial statement spreading.  Candidate should possesses excellent people management skills
