- Spearhead Brand Development efforts working with agencies and internal teams to define brand architecture.
- Conceptualize and execute key initiatives to help build brand salience and affinity across various consumer touch points
- Define, train and standardize customer experience across moments of truth
- Set up and lead research tracks to drive consumer insights for product development, usability, communication, and brand parameters
- Lead Marketing communication efforts across both offline, digital, social media and PR
- Conceptualize, build and deliver campaigns for products targeted at various target groups to drive sales, brand awareness-trial-conversion
- Build a Creative library to be utilized for various communication needs.
Requirements :
- PG in Management with specialization in Marketing from IIMs or other Premier institutes
- 4-6 years experience in Brand Development, marketing communication and brand management experience in consumer facing organizations
