Company: Fortune 500 US Based Healthcare Co.  Location: Gurgaon  Exp.: 7-10 Years; should be from manufacturing or healthcare co.  Reporting To: Sr. Manager-SCM  Reportee: None  People Management: 15-25 3PL  CTC: 10-14L(incl. 15% variable)  Key Responsibilities:  - Will be responsible for National Warehouse Operations as well as all Regional Warehouse Operations up to the expectations of organization and meeting out local statutory and compliance requirements.  - Must have skills to get work done with different set-ups of 3PL working styles across different parts of India.  - Manage 3rd Party logistics with control of operations for remote warehouses.  - Talent development of warehouse staff.  - Monthly Meeting with Service Provider to review Operation performance  - Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures  - Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.  - Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.  - Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system  - Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.  - The candidate have to mentor and support the subordinates to perform as per expectations  - Domestic sales and dispatch handling to customers  - Align logistics & distribution in line with Standard warehousing Practices, local compliances & regulations and Corporate policies  - Develop Standard Operating Procedure for Stores & warehousing including vendor identification, vendor selection, bid Analysis and executing and renewal of contracts on timely basis.  - Hands-on with storage norms of capital equipment, regulated goods by FDA & CDSCO, clinical trial instruments, sterile medical devices.  - Ensure effective controls with respect to-Incoming, Storage, Invoice processing, Stock in transit and outbound transactions.  - Ensuring training to all subordinates on warehousing module  - Ensuring warehousing SLA achievements  - High sense of urgency to meet customer's expectation and strong in executions.  - Should have adept exposure of Supplier Quality system, Audits, New supplier Assessment and rating, maintaining records as per standards and making system speaks in operations.  - Working knowledge and experience of QM system requirements (ISO13485 & ISO 9001) and working exposure for APQP / PPAP / Root Cause Analysis/ RPS / Fish Bone analysis & QM system adherence  - Monthly & Quarterly vendor development & review, new technology and statutory requirements  - Transportation Management - Air courier/parcel, airport to airport services, surface logistics, imports by ocean and air at different ports  - Accountable for meeting weekly/ monthly dispatch plan. Ensure that the target dispatch volumes are achieved. Handling inbound & outbound logistics vendors as per orders and deliveries  - Maintain Inventory Health and Hygiene at all warehouse locations.  - Tracking all dispatch movements from the Warehouse to customers & RDC locations across the country  - Getting RDC set-ups from scratch and develop it as per standard and requirements of organization.  - Train shipping department personnel in roles or responsibilities.  - Resolve problems concerning warehouses  - Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios  - Plan or implement improvements to internal or external warehouse infrastructure  - Collaborate with other departments to integrate warehouses with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or logistics
