Job description:

The main objective is to achieve business growth by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, informing them of our scope of services and communicating how these services benefit their organizations.

Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Supervise a team of 7-9 financial analysts/senior analysts and carry out end-to-end project management

- Handle detailed interactions with the clients.

- Gather requirements and information. Guiding team on analysis to be performed on the financial data.

- Review work prepared by team members for sign off by Associate Manager/ Manager

- Handle detailed interactions with the clients.

- Act as a counselor for 7-9 team members (CAs/MBAs). Participate in goal setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees.

- Identify L&D requirements of counselees.

Competencies / skills:

- Read and interpret financial statements, and perform data analysis

- Have an eye for detail, advanced understanding of accounting concepts and good analytical skills

- Have the ability to add industry analysis including KPIs

- Have expert knowledge of MS Excel (with basic knowledge of charts/graphs/pivot table/macros)

- Have leadership, coaching, counseling and supervisory skills

- Have excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing effectively in English

- Be able to quickly form strong working relationships with colleagues in India and around the world

Job Specification:

Education & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant/ MBA with 4 to 5 yrs post qualification experience with:

a) Management Consultancy firms.

b) MNC/BPO/KPO or large Indian companies, preferably within a shared service environment.
