Assistant Manager - Supply Chain/Sourcing

Should have experience in sourcing of vendors in financial services category

Job Description:

Sourcing Responsibilities:

- Sourcing Plan: Develop & manage sourcing plan for professional services (like audit, taxation, training, financial services, etc.) and contract labor.

- Collate business requirement: Work in close coordination with business partner to understand project specific requirement.

- Strategic negotiation: Develop commodity specific analytics, volume based pricing structure, negotiate rate card for recurring requirement and manage win/win sourcing strategies with suppliers.

- Develop supplier market intelligence: Develop supplier market intelligence, understand and interpret supplier market economics and develop pricing benchmarks.

- Contractual knowledge: Negotiate commercial terms of contracts with existing/new suppliers to establish and renew Master Services Agreements (MSA) and rate cards.

- Execute RFP's: Constructing and managing RFIs/ RFPs/RFQ's to drive supplier selection processes.

- Selection criterion and pursuing Master Agreement with the final vendor.

- Presentation skills: Deliver presentation for high visibility projects with internal and external stakeholders to highlight project overview, requirements, sourcing strategy and project update.

- Knowledge of tools: Knowledge of various tools like Ariba etc
