The Strategy team specializes in undertaking analysis, insight generation and final reporting alongside the onshore teams on an extension model basis, holding responsibility for delivering entire work streams and projects  Role & Responsibilities:  We are recruiting for a Senior Consultant in the team. Working as a senior member of the team your responsibilities will include:  - Work with an Manager/Associate Director to lead and deliver commercial and market reviews, strategic studies, and business plan reviews  - Drive the design of commercial and financial analysis e.g. market sizing, market driver analysis, business model analysis, competitive benchmarking, etc  - Actively build and manage the relationship and interface with international Strategy and other transactions and restructuring professionals  - For medium to large engagements, be actively involved in structuring the output and its delivery  - Be responsible for design and quality of deliverables  - Direct and manage analysts and associates on engagements  - Recruitment, management and contribution to the development of junior staff  - Supporting an Manager/Associate Director with business development initiatives, including bid proposal and management  - Contribute to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development  Skills & Qualification:  To succeed in this demanding role you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:  - MBAs, CFAs and Engineers from a leading Indian/International educational institution  - Relevant experience (5-7 years) gained in either corporate roles, strategy consultancy, or similar analytical/ deal experience  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  - High problem solving skills  - Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to demonstrate how one supports the other - and sound commercial acumen  - Credible record of operating at a team management level  - Experience of leading project teams and running proposals  - Be comfortable working to tight deadlines and demanding requirements  - Driven and ability to work independently  - Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations
