Role and Responsibilities:   - Business Partner HR role for sales (field) employees including recruitment and on boarding, employee relations and disciplinary process management, performance management etc.   - Single point of point for the entire field force (pan India).  Main Duties and Functions:   Recruitment and On-Boarding:  - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of sales force including sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, document verification, issue offer / appointment letters as per company policy  - Manage the on-boarding and induction for field force  - Implementing the college hire program   Performance Management:  - Training the sales employees on the PDR (Performance and Development Review) process   - Coordination with the sales leadership team to complete the PDR and IDP (Individual Development Plan) process  - Focus on identification and development of high potential talent  Training and Communication:  - Design, implement and track the communication framework for sales  - Support in implementing various initiatives as required   - Identifying needs/problems of employees through formal/ informal channels and working to address them  - Drive HR Process trainings for the field force  Business Review Meetings:  - Attend Cycle and Sales Review meetings  - Provide the HR consulting and inputs as required  Discipline Management:  - ER investigations  - Co-ordinate with the legal team for appropriate action  Exit Management:  - Conduct exit interviews for all employees   - Maintain and analyse exit interview data  - Analysis and presentation to senior leadership  MIS and Reporting Data Management:  - Responsible for documenting and communicating confirmations/transfers/promotions/exits  - Create and manage various data reports for the filed force including headcount, attrition, role changes etc.  Interactions:  - Internal: Sales employees, Sales Leadership Team, HR Director, HR COEs   - External: Consultants/external agencies  Job Specifications:  Education Background : Tier 1 college - 2012/2013 batch  Skills Needed :  - Eye for detail  - Good analytical and problem solving skills  - Good teamwork skills  Experience Needed (Professional): 2 years experience as an HR generalist.   Core Functional Competencies to be successful on the job:  - Provides deep subject matter expertise, advice and program delivery  - Ability to Integrate trends, data and information into plans, deliverables and recommendations  - Ability to adapt projects, programs or methods based on customer or business partner feedback.  - Manages projects and program execution  Contact: Anshita Khandelwal  PeopleZ HR  +91-9920011472
