Purpose Of The Job :  Responsible for the sales and TM&D operations for FMCG business in a Branch. Lead and motivate the team through category expertise and ensure achievement of Branch and sales objectives in coordination with Regional Sales Manager (RSM)  Education : Candidate should be graduate from Tire 1 institute (2011-2012-2013) pass out.  Experience : 2- 4 Years experience with FMCG company only.  Key Focus area :  - TM&D Deliverables  - Business Strategy Development and Sales planning  - Achievement of Sales Objective  - SBU Interface  - Category expertise  - Customer Relationship & Customer Development  - Strategic Cost Management  - People Management  - Environment Management  - Code of conduct & statutory compliance  - Systems / processes / work practices  Principal Accountability :  TM & D Deliverables :   - To develop the Category Branch plan in consultation with the RSM and to execute the same with efficiency and within agreed budgets and recommend on an ongoing basis measures for improvement  - To assist the Asst. Manager, Cigarettes (Convenience Channel) in the latter's planning for Non-Tobacco (NTD) products in markets covered exclusively through the Convenience infrastructure.  Systems / processes / work practices :   - Drive implementation of IT & Customer Information Systems  - Ensuring implementation of TM&D systems across the Branch for Category Team.  - Identification & adaptation of Best practices
