Job Description ( Supervisory Role ) :
Achievement of sales (volume / value) as per budget.
Manage accounts receivables as per norms.
Minimise SMNM stocks.
Managing the business in his /her division through a team.
Training and development of sales team and develop successors for self.
Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of SO/TSO.
Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measure
Channel management and expansion as per need of the business
Candidate Requirement :
MBA - Full Time
From - A.P / Telangana, work experience preferred
From - Paints / Consumer Durable / Ply wood / Sunmaica / Sanitary-ware / Bath-fittings / Wallputty / Cement -- can apply
