Job Description:  Technical Skills: Detailed US GAAP knowledge on revenue recognition ASC 605- 985, SAB 104, SOP 97-02, etc. (Must Have)  - Preferably candidate should be a CA (Must Have)  - CPA(Good to have)  Experience :  - Relevant work experience of 5-8 years post qualifications (exceptions can be looked into).  - Must have worked on Revenue Accounting - Accounting here specifically means reviewing contracts, application of relevant accounting treatment, deferred revenue management, revenue reporting etc.  - Relevant industry exposure is a boon - should be able to understand the nuances of software as a product industry  People Management :  - Should have led / been a part of M&A projects. Operational performance on system integration is also preferable  - Should have managed a team - knows how to handle tricky employee related situations / discussions
