Assistant Manager - Research

Job Tittle: Assistant Manager (Research)

Experience: 8 - 10 Years

The key job responsibilities include the following:

- Conduct research, analysis and develop Federal agency and executive profiles, budget analysis and competitors data collection to support U.S. stakeholders in driving reputation, relationships and revenue.

- Deliver account / sector level competitor intelligence and market intelligence by understanding the issues, defining the approach and coming up with requisite deliverables.

- Support capture efforts and deal review process by conducting secondary market research on key identified competitors and providing competitive research and analysis on "must win" Federal opportunities.

- Support the Federal account and industry marketing initiatives to build eminence at marketplace, develop client relationships and delivering Federal and agency insights to the internal teams.

- Propose and advise clients on the research approach to address key project requirements and ambiguous situations.

- Execute projects to ensure agreed upon deadlines - following efficient work flow requirements – to meet clients/stakeholders expectations.

- Build operational efficiencies by create/maintain standard process doucments, protocols, materials, and tools for enabling to improve turn around time in servicing its clients/stakeholders.

- Work closely with U.S. stakeholders in delivering variety of Federal research request

- Hands on expertise on Federal research tools and databases such as FPDS, GovWin, FBO, USA Spending and Bloomberg Government

Required skills:

- Should have atleast 8 years of experience in secondary market research

- Having good level knowledge/ability to understand research requirements, attention to detail on project assignments

- Proficient with MS office suite of tools such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Desired Skills:

- At least 3 year of experience working on U.S. Federal Government research projects

- Good knowledge and understanding of Federal marketplace.
