Looking for interested candidates who have worked in Corporate only and done core recruitment,specifically in Oil & Energy and not served as Consultant. Should have handled High Level Recruitments and should be matured enough to cordinate with expats.
Headhunting and placing top performing Petro-technical Engineers for the Petroleum, Oil and Gas. Sourcing candidates for various positions for Oil & Gas, Engineering, like Consultant Petroleum
Engineer, Reservoir Engineer, Geologist, Petro physicists, Process Engineer, Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Planning Engineer, Piping Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Proposal Engineer, Contracts Engineer, Design Engineer and Inspectors (QC, Welding & Painting)
Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process from creating job advertisements; short listing, Interviewing, qualifying candidates to position requirements, candidate assessment and present qualified candidates with overall assessments and hire recommendations to the concerned division of the company.
Communicate with local and overseas recruitment agencies; finalize all deals and official documents related to embassies and ministry of labor to secure delivering of visas and job contract to the agency.
Strong track record in recruiting talent through various sources, which included headhunting, internet, advertisements, mapping, networking & Consultancy.
Liaison with External Vendors, develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with business leadership and hiring managers, and external agencies.
Design, develop, deliver and maintain standardized full-cycle recruiting processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistency and stream line with company long term business strategy.
Develop and maintain an effective recruiting program. Ensure optimum use of Job Boards. Enhance use of social recruiting methods. Encourage use of online job boards to attract talents.
Monitors the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost and the time to hire and recommends changes and improvements.
Supports and manages candidate workflow within the Recruiting Management System, analyzes information, and creates reports.
Review of the recruitment and selection policy and procedures, provides advice and guidelines. Provides training to new hires, Graduate UDs and UTs.
Good Knowledge of Labor Law, Immigration, Visa Processing & Residency Procedure
