Principal Duties and Responsibilities :  - Should have handled volume hiring, campus hiring, Mid & Senior level Hiring.  - Build a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with internal clients, candidates and external partners.Scheduling interviews, interaction with search partners and candidates  - Formulate and maintain work flow management formats  - Organizing events, review meetings on periodic basis  - Assist in relationship management with IIMA,B,C  - Assist the management trainees on policies travel and other administrative matters  - Assist in drawing up and co-ordinating the training needs calendar   - Manage the Analyst/VP mentorship program  - Manage the induction process for the new joinees  - HR related documentation and data management (manpower, attrition etc.)  Must have Competencies :  - Execution focus and result orientation (managing deadlines)  - Organizing skills  - Stakeholder management  - Strong Communication skills  - Self-Motivation  - MBA in HR from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institute is mandatory.
