Assistant Manager - Project - FMCG

We are looking for a candidate for the position of Assistant Manager - Project with FMCG firm based in Pune .

Qualification - B,Tech / BE, Civil

Responsibility -

1. Prepare Projects Schedules on MS Projects and review progress, generate easily understandable MIS.

2. Train person on use of MS Projects, so that MS projects is widely used within the company for projects.

3. To identify technologies, documents pros and cons and assimilate those technologies within the company.

4. Prepare Capex Proposals, Purchase Orders, generate MIS, do periodic follow-ups and prepare justification notes.

Prepare Master Plans for Capexes on MS Projects, generate MIS reports that are easily understandable. Be the prime-mover to keep the project on track.

Prepare Capex Proposals, Justification notes, and obtain approvals on the same from M-Com / E-Com.

Issue Completion Certificates to Finance for all commissioned capexes after thorough due diligence.

Prepare Purchase Orders, and be the bridge between vendors and finance team for payments.

Research key websites of Technology providing companies and suppliers for appropriate technologies, prepare necessary documentation, and lead assimilation of those technologies as per business requirement.

CTC can go upto 12 lakhs.
