Assistant Manager - Operations
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Drive the daily operations in Mumbai and lead the efforts in optimization and improvement of the on-going operations.
2. Identify KPIs and build dashboards which would give a comprehensive picture of operations
3. Implementation of new operations initiatives with effective tracking systems at scale
4. Analyse, identify and resolve bottlenecks in the process.
5. Maintain and report monthly/weekly KPIs with key learnings
Skills and requirements:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with basic understanding of operations metrics, performance standards and sales
2. Passionate and enthusiastic to work in a start up
3. Leadership, communication and team management skills
4. Strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned and ability to run operations on their own.
Eligibility:
1. Fresher or Experience candidates with 1+ year work experience and from one of the premier institutes (IITs, NITs, IIMs, FMS etc.) with an engineering or management degree can apply
