- Drive the daily operations in Mumbai and lead the efforts in optimization and improvement of the on-going operations.  - Identify KPIs and build dashboards which would give a comprehensive picture of operations  - Implementation of new operations initiatives with effective tracking systems at scale  - Analyse, identify and resolve bottlenecks in the process.  - Maintain and report monthly/weekly KPIs with key learnings  Skills and requirements :  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with basic understanding of operations metrics,performance standards and sales  - Passionate and enthusiastic to work in a start up  - Leadership, communication and team management skills  - Strong sense of ownership of the responsibilities assigned and ability to run operations on their own.  Eligibility :  - Fresher or Experience candidates with 1+ year work experience and from one of the premier institutes (IITs, NITs, IIMs, FMS etc.) with an engineering or management degree can apply  Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
