MW Planning/Optimization :

- MW Planning, optimization and performance monitoring the 10,000 MW links network of Huawei RTN8900, NSN FPMR/FHY/FH.

- Support the rollout activity of 2G, 3G and 4G sites.

- Microwave CAPEX budget planning and co-ordination with corporate, circle RF & project team to finalizing equipment requirement and finalize then Budget.

- Capacity planning to fulfill bandwidth hungry network requirement of Ethernet for 4G, 3G, Wi-Fi, ILL sites and TDM E1's for 2G, TRX addition and EDAP expansion.

- Link budgeting, frequency planning, Interference reduction & fading hop resolution of MW network.

- Hands-on experience on Pathloss 4.0 & 5.0, Connect 6.0, MapInfo 11.5.2, U2000, WebLCT, FHY/FPMR Net Viewer 10.2, Global Mapper 13.0, Flexi Hopper Manager and Tang 4.0

- Knowledge of NSN Flexi Packet Multi Radio (FPMR TDM/IP) MW Link, FP800 IDU and Line Cards.

- Knowledge of BTS Transmission Cards- FXC RRI, E1/T1, FIPA, FIFA, FIQA, FIQB

- Knowledge of NSN Transmission BTS: - MR BTS, Ultra Site BTS, Flexi Site BTS, Metro Site BTS.
