Develop MT share tracks by account for identifying growth opportunities.   - To work & implement promos, visibility and necessary support to enable achievement of sales plan; engage with field teams for execution of the plan  - To craft plans for New launch, follow-up on Listing & Linking basis the plan with the field team  - To share the progress & performance for New Launch with the Brand & Field team  Promotion and Merchandising Development:  - Analyze all Inputs in MT i.e. Promo & Visibility & share the learning with all the teams& get the same implemented in future  - To recommend effective promos construct; manage record of historical performance of promos run by account & recommend the promo/improvement basis the learning  - Develop a ROI format for promos from the point of view to generate higher returns and recommend improvement basis the learning  - Provide a detailed brief to the TM&D team on requirements of asset for visibility hiring, basis the Brand need   - To work markets extensively to check Visibility & Promo implementation; also work with Spar Krognos on SOS, Visibility & Promo implementation  - To share feedback with TM&D team on Promo & Visibility implementation(basis his own visit plus Spar Krognos reports)  Account Support and Activation:  - To provide adequate data and market intelligence to engage with top accounts to meet our Business objectives.
