JOB DESCRIPTION:  Responsible for gathering Market intelligence and New product development and related research activities in order to create innovative/differentiated products which are in line with the market & consumer needs and help us commanding pricing premium over competitors & generate higher demand for the project  QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:  MBA/M.Plan/ Masters in Construction Management from leading Institution  B.Arch/B.E. Civil/B.Plan will be preferred  Min. 2-4 years of experience in roles involving similar skill set  Other Skills Required:  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and business acumen  - Sound understanding of Real Estate Industry and its technical aspects  - Strong interpersonal skills to be able to drive cross functional & cross regional assignments  - Strong communication and presentation skills  - Must possess a sound understanding of product formulations, consumer expectations/insights, as well as, gaps in delivery. Some level of consumer interaction to understand consumer needs  - An appetite for learning, open mind for innovation, ability to think out of the box  - Ability to work in a team  - Preferred to have worked on prop Equity and Liaises Foras  Key Accountabilities:  - Provide inputs for Land acquisition with respect to desirability of location, sales velocities & pricing etc.  - Drive Market Research/competition benchmarking & Consumer Research studies  - Provide key inputs for New product development & defining USP of the development  - Value proposition testing with various stakeholders like channel partners & consumers.  - Product Training to Sales team  - Assist in Project Launches  - Creating presentation for project concept and Product/Price recommendation with data based backup  - Provide industry and competition update periodically in a defined template
