Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager-Talent Staffing (Proactive Talent Acquisition)
Location : Mumbai
Job responsibilities :
- To execute Global Manufacturing Leadership Program end to end and build a proactive talent pipeline for the Manufacturing Businesses and the Corporate Functions.
- Support and monitor implementation of Employee Value Proposition across Businesses.
- Staffing support to Group Head - Talent Staffing in hiring senior leadership talent across the Group.
- Independently plan and staff mid-level positions for new and existing businesses based on requirements.
- Design, develop and organize On-Boarding programs for senior recruits at a Group level.
- Building HR Capability on recruitment processes & practices among all recruiters across the Group.
- Ensuring implementation and usage of existing staffing policies in the Group.
Qualification : MBA
Required Skills :
2-6 Yrs of experience in Talent Staffing/Proactive Active Talent Acquisition / Manpower Planning etc from any of the Manufacturing industry.
Should have handled manpower planning, talent staffing, talent acquisition across level in the company.
Salary Range: 12 - 18 LPA
