Job Profile:

Company Regulator's range of services include:

- Structuring of investments / transactions and implementation assistance

- Obtaining regulatory approvals, licenses, clarifications / dispensations

- Advice on Government Policies impacting client's business

- Compliance health check / regulatory risk analysis

- Hand holding in inward investment / overseas fund raising transactions

The tasks, roles and responsibilities concerned with the job will include the following:

- End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness

- Assist clients with obtaining RBI approvals on issues related to FEMA

- Assist clients with Company Law and Labour Law legislations

- Dealing with government officials including FIPB, RBI, RoC etc

- Preparing and reviewing reports

- Client relationship management

- Assist other departments by answering regulatory related queries

- Business development (targets set for manager level and above)

- Coaching/ developing junior members

Experience : 2-9 years

Qualification: CA / CS/ LLB
