Organization  A fast growing eCommerce firm growing with strong investor support.  Key Responsibilities:   - Profit & Loss Accountability of the category  - Achieving targeted number of orders per month  - Price benchmarking v/s competition  - Planning promotion & marketing events  - Managing Category Storefront/Pages  Job Description:   - Manage product / SKU master for the category  - Responsible for content and storefront mapping  - Competition benchmarking  - Take measures to increase sales of products  - Updating inventory and managing stock outs  - Cross departmental coordination  - Understanding of UI/UX  - Pricing and P&L accountability  - Working with creative teams to promote sales of products  - Increasing width and depth of category  - Tracking and analysing sales at category/product/SKU level  - Sourcing of products/sellers/brands for the category  Skill set required:   - Good experience in managing category online/offline (merchandising)  - Category: Grocery, Staples, FMCG Food, FMCG Non Food (Personal care, Household essentials etc.), Consumer Durables, etc.  - Ability to build a business from scratch  - Quick learner, positive attitude, strong believer  - Have exposure to online marketplace business model
