Job Title : Asst Manager/Manager - Program Management (IT Projects)  Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat  Job Description:  - Stakeholder coordination and consultation for program roll-out   - Development of key project deliverable as per timelines   - Monitoring and evaluation of work of System Integrator   - Initiating change program during program roll-out   - Ability to work in minimal supervision and drive stakeholder meetings/consultations   - Provide insights into key risks on project roll-out and pro-actively help mitigate them   - Appraise key stakeholders on project progress, risks and mitigation strategies   Desired Profile :  - Cumulative experience in technology, consulting, program management roles   - Experience in programs involving extensive communication and coordination with stakeholders   - Experience in working on DPR (Detailed Project Report) preparation, RFP preparation and Bid Process Management/ Vendor selection   - Experience in Project Planning and Implementation, evaluation and assessment of Project plans   - Experience in designing/implementing large enterprise applications   - Open to travel  Educational Qualifications :  - For an Asst Manager : BE with 4 plus years of experience or BE with a Management Degree and experience of 3 plus years   - For a Manager : BE with 10 plus years of experience or BE with a Management Degree and experience of 7 plus years.
