Assistant Manager/Manager - Operation Excellence

Requirements:

Primary skills (Must Have)

- Understanding and working knowledge of off shoring industry.

- Quality background (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) with implementation experience

- 8 years of overall experience.

- Should have prior experience of minimum 3 years in mentoring GB & BB projects

- Experience in delivering six sigma and lean trainings

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Black Belt certified (for External candidates) OR Green Belt/ Process Excellence Certified (For IJP candidates)

- Influencing and Probing Skills

- Project and Change Management Skills

Secondary Skills (Good to have)

- Black Belt Certification

- Post Graduation would be an added advantage

- PMP Certified (added advantage)

- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in banking domain
