Assistant Manager/Manager - Legal  Leading Private Equity fund is looking for a Manager for their Pune offices. Candidate must have experience in Private Equity and M&A transactions.   This is an in house role reporting into the head of legal.   Leading Bombay based law firm in the Private Equity and Funds practice area is looking for experienced Senior Associates for their Bangalore offices.   The candidate must be experienced in managing PE and VC transactions. Candidates with experience in working with Investment Funds and Alternate Investment Funds are preferred.   Responsibilities :   - Preparing opinions and notes vis-a-vis transactions.   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:   - Fluency in writing and reading English   - Must be articulate   - Team player   - Extensive research skills   - Time management   - Good communication skills (oral and written)   - Confidentiality   Credentials and Experience :   - Must have a basic degree in law - additional qualifications are welcome  - Must have over 4 years of relevant experience in such PE/VC/M&A transactions with either a well established law firm, a fund, or a corporate establishment.   Compensation :   - Commensurate to experience
