Asst / Mng -- Hr Data Governance & Quality Operations -- MNC Consumer Major

This role:

Implement the HR Data Governance process

Increase the usability/confidence of all HR systems

Include SAP & Success Factors HR data as well as support foundational data governance initiatives

Manage the HR data governance implementation roadmap, including strategic priorities for development of information-based capabilities

Develop requirements to standardize data globally and ensure cross functional data alignment

Develop and maintain accurate, relevant, available documentation to support HR Business Processes
