HRMI will be responsible for understanding requirements from the business managers / HRA's and converting them into meaningful reports/analytics. He / She will have knowledge of various HR Processes including workforce planning, recruitment, advancement, attrition, performance evaluation, talent management (9 Box), market data, compensation and its components. This position would also be accountable for development and production of monthly and quarterly dashboards circulated to top management of the organization to facilitate effective business decision making.  Role & Responsibilities of the position in brief :  - Development of strong working relationships with HR specialists and analytics colleagues regionally and globally to build and enhance reporting functionality  - Work with regional HR offices to understand nuances of each group  - Creative and proactive in providing HR analytics and metrics, as well as in constructing analytical tools for use by the HR Advisors and business managers  - Provide Support and Reporting on various HR processes conducted annually for e.g. 9 Box, Advancement, Performance Evaluation, Market Data mapping, Employee Survey, Year End compensation, etc.  - Play role in year-end compensation planning, including contributing to summary of global compensation analytics for business leaders, creating and maintaining compensation tools specific to the needs of the business, contributing to annual PE budget and forecasting processes.  - Ad Hoc reporting related to various HR Processes and Workforce.  Headcount Reporting : Production of semi-monthly Asia-Pacific/Global
