Location: Hyderabad (Pocharam)  Shift Time (Work window): 01:00 -10:30 pm - UK Shift   Desired Educational Background: Qualified CA with 2-10 years of experience in FP&A + Consolidation  Key factors :  - Passport readiness & Travel readiness  - Proficient in excel and Excellent communication skills  Job Responsibility :   - Responsible for preparation of month end and quarter end financial reports.  - Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to research and resolve financial queries and to provide detailed cost centre level analysis.  - Review and approve Journals related to Cost accruals, Re-class, Allocation, Prepayments etc   - Strong understanding of Budgeting & Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Balance Sheet Reconciliations and to provide commentary on any variances if any.  - Coordinate monthly reporting responsibilities such as T&E expense reporting, Headcount reporting etc and provide support to controllers/Businesses over and above the day to day reporting needs.  - Ability to read, comprehend and explain (to internal and external customers) financial numbers.  - Communicate (verbal and written) with clients on daily basis to understand their requirements.  - Lead in Evaluating, implementing and monitoring processes and procedures focusing on continuous process improvement.  Work experience background required : Financial Planning and Analysis; Exposure to business controlling, business performance reporting or management reporting, Consolidation knowledge, stakeholder management  Essential skills : Communication Skills, Influencing Skills & Proficient knowledge of excel.
