Location: Noida  Shift time: North America (8:30 pm to 4 am)  Job Description :  Business Unit Description :  Person will be responsible for end to end accounting, reconciliation and reporting of the various derivative products and borrowing notes. These include: MTM reporting, derivative accounting for: Listed and OTC Options, OTC swap trades, and futures. Additional responsibilities include: Support for implementation of strategic and regulatory initiatives, derivatives audit support, account onboarding and fund events, and the implementation of a new derivatives strategies.  Primary Responsibilities  - Daily P&L impact for the underlying Treasury products which include Forex, and Commodity Derivatives. Also responsible for Interest rate, Forex and commodity hedge accounting.  - Responsible for monthly closure of books of accounts and end to end accounting for the short term and long term borrowings, and derivative financial instruments.   - Preparation of financial schedules and disclosures required as per Forms 10Q/10K for Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing.  - Preparation of Value at Risk (VaR) report  - Prepare various supporting schedules, reconciliations and analyses for various clients, debt compliance and regulatory filings, including coordination with segment accountants and others within the organization, including the review of workpaper packages prepared by those individuals.  - Responsible for preparing and delivering source system reconciliations for legal entities.  - Responsible for full substantiation and reconciliation of the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts within a controlled framework.  - Coordinate interactions with external and internal auditors with respect to financial reporting and debt compliance functions  - Provide daily support of business relationships with internal customers such as the business analysis group, treasurer's office, external brokers and auditors, portfolio management, trading, fund reporting and custody operations.   Job Requirements :  Education and Experience :  Chartered Accountant with three-year college degree in finance with 5-7 year experience  2 - 3 years derivatives accounting work experience with SEC reporting  Knowledge and Skills   Derivatives product knowledge and support (swaps, options, futures - both OTC and cleared)  Derivative engine experience preferred (Murex, Calypso, Openlink, etc.)  Experience with SEC regulatory reporting (10K/10Q)   Strong understanding of reconciliation and balance sheet substantiation  Strong understanding of accounting concepts and associated risks within the Finance environment.  Understanding about FAS 133.  Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously within a tight timeframe.  Must have the ability to develop solid action plans to resolve daily operational issues/ problems.  Advanced skills in Excel preferred.
