Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for revenue generation from Roambee's - Internet of Things (IoT)- service for logistics in the specified circle
- Lead generation in the circle (online research, cold calling, holding seminars, events, referral programs, etc)
- Negotiation and closing of deals
- Building a sales/account management team for the circle in future
- Own and manage prospect/account information for the circle in CRM
- Growing of existing customer relationships
- Solving of customer issues
- Create new customer relationships and to ensure high penetration of RB services within accounts
Skills & Experience:
- Ability to pitch a complex IoT technology in simple words to clients
- Understanding of internet technologies
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Great communication skills in English, Hindi and local state language (if applicable)
- Experience with CRM
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions
Development Responsibilities:
- Capturing of customer requirements in influencing Product Development
- Identifying new niches and use-cases
- As part of a dynamic sales team, constantly help us to improve our deal and lead pipeline
